We were delighted to be invited to try driving their electric Land Rovers in Godalming.
The track weaved around several fields and woodland with slopes. It was an enjoyable change of environment from the Yazaroo office.
One thing we learned from this experience is that electric vehicles are definitely the future, and putting electric motors in existing vehicles is surprisingly doable.
Saving the planet by recycling old cars with new electric engines must be a logical step forward for so many obvious reasons.
Another thing we took away is that if you do put an eclectic engine in an old car, you will certainly need to improve braking and handling because they are crazy powerful, and over-steer is an issue.
