How do you implement a sympathetic sub-brand that stands up on its own?

The BALI Chalk Fund is a national charity providing funding for education and training to young people within the landscaping industry. It is the charitable wing of the British Association of Landscape Industries (BALI). The brief was to create a website that reflected the purpose of the charity and provide a portal for donations, and branding that was sympathetic to the BALI brand identity.
