A generic AI chatbot will happily make something up rather than admit it doesn't know. That's fine for a novelty, not for a business tool. We build AI assistants scoped to your business specifically: a chat interface that only answers from documents you've actually uploaded, or a full agent that can take real action, sending emails, creating calendar events, working across your company files, on your behalf.

We already build both. The difference between us and a generic AI agency isn't the model we use, it's that we also run AI Build Reviews, so we've seen exactly what goes wrong when an AI agent gets access to a business's systems without proper thought given to what it can and can't touch. When we build one, that thinking happens before launch, not after something goes wrong.

A chat interface trained only on documents you upload, it answers from what's actually there, and says so plainly when the answer isn't in your files, rather than guessing.

Business Agents

AI that can take real action on your behalf, sending emails, managing your calendar, working across your company's files, built with permissions and access limits designed in from the start, not patched on afterwards.

A note on access and safety

An AI assistant that can only talk is low-risk. One that can send emails or touch your files is a different category entirely, and it's worth choosing who builds it accordingly. We check other businesses' AI builds for exactly this kind of gap through our AI Build Review service, so when we build one ourselves, getting the access controls right isn't an afterthought, it's the starting point.

Investment

From £1,485 for a scoped, read-only knowledge assistant answering from your own documents, roughly fifteen hours at our standard rate. Agents with write access to email, your calendar or company systems are scoped and quoted individually, typically from £3,000, given the extra integration and permission-safety work involved.
