The Fine Print

Infrastructure Boundary

Our bundled premium hosting and automated SSL execution are exclusive to Yazaroo’s secure server network. While we can confidently support WordPress sites situated on external legacy hosting platforms, we cannot legally guarantee uptime metrics or backup integrity if we do not command the underlying server environment.

Legacy Codebases

While we bring deep troubleshooting expertise to sites originally engineered by third-party vendors, we cannot guarantee unconditional fixes on fragmented, unvetted source code we did not write. If an onboarding legacy site is structurally compromised, we will deliver an honest, commercial assessment of the best path forward.

Monthly Time Allocation

Your dedicated developer hour is carved out of our studio schedule in advance to guarantee our immediate availability for your business requests. Consequently, unused development time does not roll over into subsequent billing cycles.
