A growing part of what we do now is working alongside other agencies. Design studios and SEO agencies bring us in when a client's project needs technical depth they don't have in-house: the build, the hosting, the ongoing support.

We don't pretend to be part of your team, and we won't ask you to pretend either. Clients generally aren't fooled by a hidden subcontractor, and finding out later tends to cost more trust than it saves. We're upfront that Yazaroo is the technical partner on the project. How visible we are day-to-day is up to you, but nobody's being misled about who built what.

It works because of how we're set up: a small core team, backed by hand-picked specialists we bring in per project. You get senior technical people on your client's build without hiring, training or managing a dev team of your own.

How It Works

You Brief Us: Send over the design, the client's requirements, or the problem that needs solving.
We Build It, Together: We do the technical work, in the open, coordinating with you (and the client, where that makes sense) as we go.
You Stay in the Lead: You run the client relationship and the strategy. We're the technical partner on record, not a name nobody's told about.

Ongoing Support & Hosting: We handle updates, security, performance and hosting, so client sites stay off your to-do list.
Flexible Capacity: Take on bigger or more technical briefs than your in-house team can handle, without hiring for it.

How we work with your client

Some agencies want us fully visible, introduced to the client, on project calls, named in the credit. Others want us mostly in the background, with you as the main point of contact. Either works. What we won't do is let a client believe you built something you didn't: it's a bad foundation for your relationship with them, and it's not one we'll help set up.
