We are delighted to announce the Catalyst Support website is now live. We have been working on this project for the past 10 months, and it’s fantastic to see it being used as intended.

Catalyst Support is a large charity based in Guildford, working to promote the mental health and wellbeing of people in Surrey. They have staff and operations across the county and fund many important social schemes and services essential to help people of all ages and backgrounds.
The old website was the result of adding services and information over many years, by many people with no global content strategy.
We have created a site built on purpose. We took all the information and users and created a structured information system that would reduce the number of clicks any visitor would need to take to find the information they were looking for. Then we wrapped it in a professional but friendly aesthetic.
The site has some interesting features including a Safety Exit for people to leave the site quickly, as well as Accessibility options and integration with third-party chat systems and CRM’s.
